Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-order and post-order activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments for order execution and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding collections.
• Handle quotations, technical and commercial documentation.
• Track order status and maintain MIS reports.
• Support the marketing team in sales coordination and business development activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of electrical cables and cable costing.
• Understanding of order management and commercial processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
