Role & Responsibilities:

• Importance to All the Machines. Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve production targets.                                                                                               
• Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets, and machine scheduling (weekly/daily and shift wise).                                                          
• Control inventory and raw material handling.                                                                     
• Follow 5S & Kaizen and safety work on the shop floor.                                                              
• Control and trouble shooting, handling shop floor operations.                                        
• Develop strong motivational relationships and communication with operators.                                                           
• Maintain good housekeeping & discipline on the shop floor.                                                
• Implementation of safety audits,                                                                                           
• Handling of shift and manpower & achive target of machine plan.                                 
• Making daily basis production report.                                                                                       
• Process Improvement & control Screp.

Duty for 8 Hrs+4.hrs OT
