Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
2. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
3. Minimize machine downtime and avoid recurring breakdowns.
4. Manage plant utilities and monitor energy consumption.
5. Plan machinery modifications and maintenance schedules.
6. Monitor maintenance activities and control costs.
7. Ensure electrical safety standards and ISO compliance.
8. Coordinate with Production and other departments.
9. Lead the electrical maintenance team.

Required Skills:

1. Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
2. Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the cable industry.
3. Knowledge of maintenance planning and energy conservation.
4. Good team management and coordination skills.
