Applications:
These cables are designed for use in Oil & Gas on-shore and off-shore applications. We manufacture Control, LV Power and Instrumentation cables as per as per IEC-60092/ customer specific requirements.
Options:
Conductor : Solid / stranded ATC/ABC
Insulation : PE/XLPE/EPR
Sheilding (if required) : Al-mylar screen or ABC/ATC braiding
Moisture Barrier : Poly-Al tape wrapping
Inner sheath : HDPE
Protective sheath : Protective polyamide sheath shall be provided over inner sheath
Armour : Single layer of galvanized steel round wire / strip as required
Outer sheath : PVC/LSZH compounds
HDPE and Polyamide sheath together provide Oxidation resistance, Heat resistance, Oil resistance, Ozone resistance, Abrasion resistance alongwith excellent resistance to aliphatic/aromatic/halogenated hydrocarbons.
