CORDS Railway Jelly Filled Quad Cables

These cables are used for signaling & Telecom installation as per RDSO/SPN/TC/72 & IRS TC-30 for Indian Railways and as per customer requirements for various Metro Railways

Typical Construction:

Conductor : Solid ABC
Insulation : PE
Filling Compound : Petroleum jelly
Core Wrapping : Polyester tape (On laidup Quads)
Moisture Barrier : Poly-Al tape wrapping
Inner sheath : PE bonded with Poly-AL/Optional LSZH
Shielding : Al wire/strip
Protection : Woven tape impregnated with Barium Chromate
Intermediate Sheath : PE (Black)/Optional LSZH/PVC
Armour : Double galvanized steel tape
Outer sheath : PE (Black)/Optional LSZH/PVC

0.9 mm conductor, 1.4 mm conductor
