Role & Responsibilities
  • Maintaining records related to ISO, EMS, and OHSAS
  • Overall responsibility over product quality-in-coming raw material, in process & finished goods.
  • Monitoring, controlling & taking proactive steps towards improvement in product quality & related systems, practices.
  • Maintaining complete material traceability records.
  • Work as Deputy MR/MR
  • Proactive in identification of training needs of workmen, conduct trainings as & when required, monitor quality of work/worker in coordination with HR Head & Works Manager.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance at both Plants.
  • Responsible for final inspection.
  • Handling customer complaints for Quality Issues.

Major determinants for Selection:
  • Experience as QA Head, Managerial experience.
  • Work experience in cable industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO, EMS, OHSAS

  • Experience in handling Quality inspections and customer complaint.
